This policy explains what Spartadata LLC, operator of Mining Disrupt and Intelligence Disrupt ("we", "us") collects through the Intelligence Disrupt website and events, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contact, RSVP and inquiry forms: name, email, company, title, phone, Telegram handle, website and your message.
- Visa invitation letters: additionally your date of birth, passport number and company address.
- Purchases: order details and the information your payment provider shares with us. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider (Bitcoin processor, PayPal or Eventbrite). We never see or store card numbers.
- At the event: badge scans, and photos, video and livestreams of the event.
- Site visits: standard traffic data such as pages viewed, device, IP address and approximate location, including through our analytics partners.
How we use it
- To issue tickets, passes and invitation letters, confirm RSVPs and run the event.
- To reply to you and to send event information you asked for.
- To prevent fraud, and to handle payment disputes and chargebacks.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not sell attendee lists. Anyone claiming to sell a Intelligence Disrupt list is not affiliated with us.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the event and process payments (ticketing, payments, email and hosting), and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Passport details are kept only as long as needed to issue your letter. Other records are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and storage
This site remembers your site choice (AI + HPC or Mining) and appearance setting in your browser. It uses no advertising trackers.

Intelligence Disrupt and Mining Disrupt are NOT affiliated with any other brands, groups, events, meetups, individuals, sponsors, exhibitors, agents, or referrals, except the Industry Ambassadors listed on this site. We do not sell any lists. Beware of scams claiming otherwise.
There are imitators and scammers using our name to solicit sponsors and attendees. Always verify directly through our official Telegram group. Stay vigilant!
Intelligence Disrupt Policy: No refunds. No outside food or drinks. No third-party event solicitations.
Unauthorized solicitation, sales, advertising, product demonstrations, or distribution of promotional materials, including magazines, brochures, flyers, catalogs, business literature, and promotional giveaways, is strictly prohibited anywhere within the event venue unless expressly authorized by Intelligence Disrupt.
Marketing activities are reserved exclusively for approved exhibitors, sponsors, and authorized event partners. Attendees found engaging in unauthorized promotional activities may be required to cease immediately, surrender promotional materials, and may have their event credentials revoked without refund at the sole discretion of event management.
